ClickZ Poll: 63 Percent Won't Increase Spend with Microsoft/Yahoo (ClickZ)
Informal enquiry suggests Yahoo move brings no guaranteed cha-ching for Bing. That could mean a sting as microsoft tries to wing a better foothold in search, an area that may prove to be it's undoing as it pours more and more money into marketing and buying companies that provide what it can't master on it's own. Ooops! Did I say that out loud?

Punch Communications Celebrates 600th Page on Website

Punch Communications Celebrates 600th Page on Website
Punch Communications, a boutique Public Relations Agency (http://www.punchcomms.com/public-relations-agency.html) based in the heart of the Midlands, has celebrated the creation of the 600th page on its website. (PRWeb Jul 26, 2009) Read the full story at http://www.prweb.com/releases/2009/07/prweb2676224.htm

Nice going, but at the moment, Google only sees about 450 of the 600 pages:
Results 1 - 10 of about 450 from www.punchcomms.com

But Yahoo is doing better and has found 640 of the pages.

Sorry Punch, but from the few pages I saw, your site is really not what I would considered to be optimized.
Really bad title tags and missing description tags are keeping your site from it's full potential, in my opinion.

Ten subprime mortgage myths

Yuliya Demyanyk, a senior research economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, has just written an article called "Ten myths about subprime mortgages." I don't buy everything she says. For one thing, I think the piece leaves the impression that subprime mortgages weren't a big problem. Clearly they were. Still, the piece makes for interesting reading.
